Color: Paler straw, with some green highlights Nose: Big pineapple, pear, and some creamy grapefruit. Palate: Very juicy, mouthwatering white tropical fruit, characterized by good crisp, but not racy acidity. Fruit is dominated by the pineapple and some lighter grapefruit. Finishes long with lime, even more pineapple, ripe pear and some friendly steeliness. See my full review at WineLog.net: http://www.winelog.net/wines/wine/42135/

Tingles at the tip of your tongue!

We drank the Ceja Sauvignon Blanc by itself, and believe me, it didn't need a thing to be a memorable experience. This is one of the best SB I've had yet - very complex, yet so light and delicate.

It was a pretty, light greenish-yellow color, kind of like the inside of a green grape. While very fruity, it remains well-balanced, with a lively bright acidity that pops, leaving a slight tingle at the tip of your tongue. The flavors are minerally and clean, with lots of tropical fruit. This is very smooth and luxurious for being so light - really a homerun. Makes me wonder how they do it :)
