Color: Light straw Nose: Honeysuckle at first, then melon and some light citrus. Flower petals fill in the high end, with a hint of cream in the deep end. Palate: Medium bodied, big lemon custard with some lime to back it up, then melon, sweeter green apple and finishing with a nice crisp, balanced finish ending with some more lemon and lime. Good stuff!

Creamy, pleasantly tart. Oak really comes through when it warms up a bit.

Beautiful golden straw in color, this wine hits you with a big dose of grapefruit and lime zest on first sniff, which evolves into more of a citrus, apricot, and honeyydew as it opens up. Mouthfeel is fuller and a bit creamy. The pallette matches the nose with the citrus, apricot and honeydew melding together into a nice smooth finish that is not over-oaked at all. Very good wine from a producer who seems to have a knack in making extremely enjoyable house blends. My personal grade from my notes was 4.15.

A nice refreshing house white for the end of a hot day. Light golden in color, this wine shows tons of citrus (lime, grapefruit) and green apple with a mineral backbone riding on a tinge of eucalyptus leaves. This zippy number is a great alternative to Sav Blanc. The Semillion makes it a creamy yet crisp white, with a luscious finish that goes on for miles.
