Our 2004 Fumé Blanc is a blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Viognier. Ripe with flavors of grapefruit, citrus and vanilla, this wine is as flavorful as is promised by its aromas. Barrel fermented and aged in new and used French Oak for 7 months, this wine has a smooth and rounded texture with a crisp dry finish.
