Jeriko Estate's "Old River Block" Chardonnay is the mother of this outstanding Blanc de Blanc cuvée, America's first and only sparkling wine made from certified organically grown grapes! This keenly crafted Brut is crisp and rich, with compelling fruit wrapped around a gentle almond, yeasty quality. It was produced méthode champenoise - extremely limited production - and is as unique as it is delicious.

Aromas:
Light, lemony yeast with a hint of toasted almonds.

Flavors:
Crisp citrus with a touch of hazelnut.

Finish:
Bright acid and luxurious effervescence.

Pair With:
Serve as an apéritif, with a dewy summer fruit plate or oysters on the half-shell.

This is what Jeriko Estate is known for - lots of juicy berry fruit and well balanced tannins. This lavishly oaked varietal marries lots of juicy blackberry fruit with peppery spice, suggestions of bacon and accents of both chocolate and coffee.

A deep woodsy nose with accents of coffee & black cherry.

Flavors:
Juicy red fruits give way to dried apricot, raisin & star anise with spicy touches of cocoa, white pepper & mole.
