We blended in 2% Semillon from the Granite Hills Vineyard to maximize complexity and enhance that full-bodied texture.

From the Winery

Our estate bottled Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from mountain vineyards high in the Sierra Nevada foothills. This vintage was produced from handpicked, manually sorted grapes, harvested at full maturity and aged in small French and American oak barrels for 15 months. This elegant, rich and full-bodied wine will develop gracefully for many years to come. Blended with 4% Cabernet Franc.
