Our 2004 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has a nose of plum, almond, vanilla, pipe tobacco and sweet oak. This fine wine will greet your palate with a beautifully layered mouth feel, a gentle body, smooth tannins and a lingering finish. It is the perfect accompaniment for roast beef or a grilled lamb.
From the Winery
Our estate bottled Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from mountain vineyards high in the Sierra Nevada foothills. This vintage was produced from handpicked, manually sorted grapes, harvested at full maturity and aged in small French and American oak barrels for 15 months. This elegant, rich and full-bodied wine will develop gracefully for many years to come. Blended with 4% Cabernet Franc.
